Link Mortuary Equipment reached major business milestones and record growth in 2023. Link forecasts 2024 to be another banner year with the increased adoption of transport deck systems for first call vehicles. Link’s commitment to growth and success is demonstrated through the dedicated service provided by their team, but more so through the way they demonstrate their values and assert their focus on customers. The appointment of Ben Lucas is an emphasis on achieved sales growth through customer acquisition, while also ensuring increased steadfast and consistent customer support across all regions of North America.
Lucas brings with him over 10 years of sales experience. Previously, Lucas has served in such roles as national sales manager and Senior Account Manager in customer relationship management capacities. In his new position, Lucas will be responsible for calling on mortuary customers, maintaining and expanding relationships, and providing education on Link’s variety of Single and Double Decks, as well as their suburban ramps, showroom systems and accessories. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University.
Lucas joins Lynn Blake in selling to territories of North America. Lucas will be responsible for the northeastern United States and northeastern Canadian territories. Lynn Blake will maintain responsibility for the remaining states and territories.
